Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
The cost of shipping is not refundable.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at Whitetempledresses.@gmail.com. When your return is accepted, after being inspected, we will send you our return shipping address. Your reference number will be your order number. Please make sure to include your order number with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a reference number may not be accepted.Â
Returns requested more than thirty (30) days after the original purchase date, or due to extenuating circumstances, may be eligible for store credit only, subject to approval. All such requests must be submitted via email to whitetempledresses@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the store owner.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, plants, etc.) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, there are two options you may use:
1) Please contact us either through email or texting to let us know you want to make an exchange. You will need to pay return shipping for the dress you want to return. We will give you our return information. Please send us tracking information once the dress is shipped. Upon review and inspection of the dress, we who send your exchange item with free shipping. You will only need to pay the difference of the next dress, or we will issue a refund for the difference.
2) You can purchase a second dress on our website. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are happy to ship out a new dress for exchange with free shipping as a courtesy for trusting us with your business. Please let us know ahead and we can work with you on that.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your postage is not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
Orders Made Outside of the US
Orders made from outside of the US could be subject to custom duties and import taxes. Buyers of our products will have the sole responsibility for paying all taxes and duties owed to the destination country which we ship the order to. Buyer will be subject to paying all duties and taxes in full based on laws, trade agreements, and treaties active in your area where delivery is made.
